Foyer (foyerapp.dev) stores only what a house needs to run. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Sign-in
You sign in with email or Google, through Clerk. From Google we receive your email, your name, and the account id that recognizes you. We do not ask for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data. We use this only to open your house, match an invite, and send house mail.
House data
We store the rules you write, requests, objections, and verdicts. A contact email or a Telegram chat, if you add one, is for a yes-or-no ping. Court credits, redeem codes, and checkout records stay on the plan. Agent keys stay in your assistant; we keep a hash. Public writes store a hashed IP for rate limits, not the request body. A waitlist email is stored if you leave one.
Court
A case sent to GenLayer is a public testnet transaction: the rules snapshot, the objections, and the yes, no, or human answer. The platform wallet pays the fee.
Who else sees it
Clerk runs sign-in. GenLayer runs the court. Telegram receives a ping only if you link it. We do not pass your data to advertisers.
How long
We keep this while the house exists. Ask from the email on the account, using the home page, and we delete the house data we hold. A transaction already on GenLayer cannot be erased.
Questions or deletion: leave your account email on the home page.
